When most women get into weight loss mode, they can be compelled to the point of actually hurting their progress. The perfect example of this is how so many women believe that if they just workout more often then their bodies will continue to burn more and more fat. It makes sense at first thought, but in reality, it will backfire and hurt you more.
Here is what is going on in your body when you are exercising each day and why it’s not just your body that you can end up hurting.
First, the biggest threat to your is called overtraining. This is when you train so much that your body can never recover from the breakdown that is taking place. Incase you don’t know during your workout, you are slowly causing wear and tear on your body. It’s during rest that your body will recover and become stronger and more powerful. However, with no rest being had, your lean muscle mass will continue to be broken down and your body will slowly start to panic.
Your base metabolism will continue to get lower and lower, you will find that you put on more body fat, and you even get angry and depressed. And the only reason all of this really negative stuff happens is because you are exercising too much.
Second, you are going to get frustrated and face burnout relatively fast. If you are not in a program that changes workouts on the right schedule then you’ll find you get bored and even mad that results are not coming. This is very common for many women and it’s one reason why most women tend to jump from one thing to another.
Third, the more you workout, the more you will open the instance of a real injury. This really needs to be talked about separately even though it’s very close related to overtraining. When you keep breaking your body down, you find that the risk of joint injury of worse exponentially goes up. This can have catastrophic results because if you seriously hurt your back, your knee, or a shoulder, you can be finished. You don’t want to do something that serious just because you were trying to burn fat a little faster.
When you use the right workout routines for women, you should only be actually working out three times a week seriously. You can add more workouts but they need to be specially designed. We did not talk too much about how all of this is supported by what you are and are not eating everyday. By eating the right foods and getting the right nutrients, you can make your body recover faster and better.
So if you want to lose weight faster and in the most healthy way, exercising every day is not what you want to do. And what is more is by doing the right fat burning workouts for women, you will really need to rest days and you’ll actually feel that need. When you really plug into a system that supports your body and your goals, you will find that you burn fat faster than you thought possible.
